RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee return policy.

We are here for you if you have any questions or problems with your purchase, we want you to feel 100% satisfied!
  • Unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of invoice will receive a full refund.
  • Merchandise returned in 30 days that has been opened but in new condition, must be in original packaging complete with all included accessories will be charged a restocking fee of 15%
  • If you think you have a defective product please request support and we will help you troubleshoot. We may also ask that you contact manufacturer for troubleshooting.  If the problem still is not resolved at this point we will deem the product defective within 30 days of invoice.  It may be replaced or refunded at our expense including shipping.  The determination of defective status and processing is at the discretion of One Stop Security Shop and the manufacturer.
Merchandise that has been installed, altered, used or damaged cannot be returned and falls under the Manufacturer’s warranty.  This includes the product packaging and materials.  Special orders, software, batteries, books & installation tools are not eligible for refund. Prior to returning any item(s) please fill out “return request form” to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, and must be returned complete with original documentation, accessories & packaging in original condition or they may be refused and returned to sender, or additional restocking charges might apply. Freight charges are not included in our money back guarantee. We will not be responsible to the loss or damage of returned item(s) by couriers, so you should insure your shipments and request signature upon delivery for your protection.  Items damaged during shipment will be refused and returned to sender at senders expense. REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delived for any reason including incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailable for delivery, etc., that are returned to us by the courier will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the returned shipment & the original freight charges.  If customers wants items(s) re-shipped, the restocking charge will be waived.  International shipments that are refused will be refunded less $25.00 restocking charge & the round trip freight will be deducted along with any taxes, brokerage fees, duties that may be charged.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UNDER MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Defective product under warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.  Product warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer and One Stop Security Ship does not accept any additional liability.  One Stop Security Shop will do our very best to facilitate warranty where possible for your convenience.  These products may be repaired or replaces with a similar model or in some cases we may refer your case to the manufacturer for support, this would be done at our discretion.  Some manufacturers require the end user to deal with them directly for warranty support or authorization and we will honor their procedure.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We offer free technical support on products purchased directly from One Stop Security Shop.  Our free technical support is meant to help answer initial set-up questions and to help if something goes wrong.  We have the right to limit technical support at our discretion and where we feel the customer/installer requires more support than we can provide in a reasonable time by phone.  If we are unable to solve a problem we will request the customer/installer to contact the manufacturer for additional support.  At our discretion we may require the customer to hire a professional for installation, set up or programming.
